The Department of Labor has offered guidance as to the how to meet the FFCRA notice requirement relative to teleworking employees (https://www.dol.gov/agencies/whd/pandemic/ffcra-poster-questions). Your business may satisfy this requirement by emailing or direct mailing the notice/poster to employees or posting it on an employee information (internal or external) website.
ABC Legal Counsel Taylor, McCormack & Frame recommend both: (1) physically post the notice alongside existing Federal and State posters; and (2) send an email to all members of their team attaching the poster, requesting that they read it, and respond with any questions. The email dissemination list will document the employer’s delivery to each employee and allow the employer to easily confirm compliance if later questioned.
